Oddly enough, it wasn't the mighty museums which captured my imagination during a recent trip to America's capital city. Nor was Georgetown, the statuesque cathedral or iconic Mall.It was the trees. Beautiful, flowering shapes which lined the streets and studded them with colour. Or color (as they say over there).
